Rankesh has extensive experience in the health sector. He has worked in faith-based and government hospitals and was the National Assistant Chief Nursing Officer in the then Ministry of Medical Services coordinating the Kenya Health Workforce Information System. He provided technical support in the formulation of Kenya Health Information systems stakeholder coordination strategy development, the revision of the Kenya Health Information Policy and Strategic Plan and in the formulation of the Health Information Code of Practice. He has facilitated CDC/Emory on HRH Informatics and data driven decision making. He was a team member for the Kenyan delegation to Zimbabwe to offer technical assistance on automation of human resources for health (HRH).He lectures at Chuka University. He holds a Master of Nursing degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Organizational Development degree.

James is a public finance management specialist with over 10 years of experience. He has extensive Global Fund experience mainly in Program and Financial Management of Grants. He was the support manager for the Global Fund LFA services in Rwanda while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He has worked with the Global Fund Office of the Inspector General in leading Country Grants Audit in Ghana, Kenya and Sudan. He has also worked in Burundi, DR Congo, Liberia, Mozambique, Somalia, Swaziland and Uganda. He is undertaking an MBA degree course and holds a Bachelor of Education degree. He is a holder of CPA (K) and CISA qualifications.

Hellen is a professionally qualified gender and development expert with over 17 years of hands-on experience including working on gender and gender- based violence (GBV), protection against sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) and child rights. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Rural Sociology and Community Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Economics and Sociology.

Enock has extensive research experience and understands advocacy, human rights issues and the contemporary challenges facing development work in Kenya and the Eastern Africa region. He has a good grasp of the broad regional governance environment and of related development agenda. He holds an MA degree in Political Science and a Ph.D degree in history.

Ssentongo is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 20 years of experience in applied social research, project and program design, development programming, development consultancy, monitoring and evaluation, and management consultancy. Ssentongo has had an illustrious career cutting across the public, private and civil society sectors. He is well-versed with enabling the realization of the potential for self-development of children, youth and vulnerable groups and communities, as well as implementing community integrated projects to tackle poverty.
He holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Administration.

Algresia has more than 15 years of experience in development work within the civil society sector in Africa. She has extensive experience in Women’s Rights and has worked on conceptual analytical frameworks on gender; with women’s empowerment models, influencing the process of law reform through research, lobbying and networking; and the development of proposals for legislation and policy change. She has worked in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somaliland, Tanzania, the Gambia, Uganda and Zimbabwe. She has worked for the East African Community (EAC) as a capacity building coordinator. She holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) with focus on Women’s Law and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Laws degree. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
